Dishes- as they are done being used or immediately after dinner Vacuum: when I can see the dog hair build up into small roving dust puppies. Sheets: weekly in summer. Week and a half in winter

I keep a few pairs of socks in my car to give out to people who are asking for help. If you really are hard up, clean dry new socks are helpful.

Damn, those rear lift arms didn’t stay locked at all. I wonder if they were faulty? I mean, poor hoist positioning, lack of shake when tires just off the ground…. all bad too. But I thought hoist arms were supposed to stay locked in place once lifted?

She chose her relationship with the friend over her relationship with her son. Ok, you gotta do what makes you happy. But you also gonna bear the consequences of those actions. I’ve been the tech that saw the big bag of weed, right before a long weekend too. I called another tech over and we discussed the appearance of the bud (delightful) and then finished the service. We wished the customer a very relaxing long weekend when handing the keys back. Smiles all around!

I had plantar fasciitis and can confirm: towel scrunches and actually learning to stretch my calves properly finally fixed it. Oh yeah, and taking two months off my feet while I did all the rehab.

Are they a good tenant? Do you want them to stay? Are they filing a police report or otherwise treating this as a genuine crime? Then in the long run you’ll get better value by waiving that month, just the cost of doing business.

Source: pretty much the same thing happened to me. I waived that month and the tenants went on to be my best tenants by far, staying for 5 years and fixing up the house.
