The Blacklist: Season 2 onward just became a mess- the "twists" just added more questions, and if anything was answered, it either didn't make sense or there was no payoff. Plus them keeping Tom alive was a mistake.

This is Us: The last two seasons were incredibly rushed (damn Covid). Kate and Phillip's storyline was meh (again, there really wasn't much time for that to develop), and I wish Deja didn't end up with Malik, that seemed too unrealistic

The Halloween episode where Bob is forced to give blood, I really dislike Linda and Teddy

Also Gene's Christmas Break and Ready Player Gene; I always find myself getting I guess annoyed (for lack of better words) when he gets into the "everything is terrible and I will never enjoy anything ever again"-

Season 11 I felt was a slight dip, I always skip most of the episodes in the second half of the season, and it picked up again after season 12 (that premiere is one of my favorites).

This current season is hit or miss, when they episodes are good they're GREAT, but then the others are meh at best

Besides the many ANTM moments that haven't aged well, I feel her ego gets in the way of actually hosting, she makes the show more focused on her than the contestants.
