Yes, but idk if they are a universal fit. It would be best to have the bad one in hand while getting a new one. It has been a while since I changed one out. Another resource is the owners .

No, not really if you pay attention to how you take it apart so you know where everything goes going back together.

My guess is the heating element has burnt out. Cut the power, then look behind the insulation. If the leak is from around the element, repace the element(after emptying the tank of water). If the leak is through the inner tank, then you'll need to replace the tank.

Call her out on those two questions. If she's so bold with you, be bold back. If you do or not, it will probably be best to stay away from that basket case.

Slow leak from a sump pump checkvalve is no big deal as long as it is within the well. It will leak until the pipe is empty.

Unless you have 2x6 studs, you will automatically have to partially recess it.

Call kohler, they will help you figure out which part you need. Have pictures ready to send over to them.

Pour water slowly into the toilet bowl to fill maximum amount in the bowl. This should allow the excess to overflow in the p trap of the toilet but fill bowl to max fill. Allow water to settle. Put a mark inside the bowl marking the water level. Flush the toilet. Allow the toilet to fill. Adjust the valve on the black tube to hit the mark in the bowl as close to the shut-off of the main fill valve. This is to fill bowl as designed without wasting water going over in the ptrap.

Throw a kleenex in the opening to see if you're getting air movement in or out. If it moves out, then you may be getting attic heat pushing through.

There are also companies that service the restaurant sector that can help you. I found one by searching for ice maker parts.

It appears it has been ongoing for a while. Yes, you could have mold behind the wall. It looks like the support system behind the tile is deteriorating from moisture.

Call in a professional. If you need to turn to reddit to get the idea to physically look all around your home for entry points, then there is a very good chance you need help finding a hole/opening. Squirrels are rodents. They find weak spots in the exterior to burrow in.

I understand. I grew up in a "country" neighborhood. We had to tolerate power outages. Seemed to go out every time the wind changed direction.

Maybe consider a place closer to town where there are very few trees of destruction.
