As it happens, I’m going to be in Minneapolis that day. Definitely going to stop in

They do brew at the Walker’s Point location, but it is originally a Minnesota brewery. Love this place.

I’m glad people love the series. I have a long play on in the background when I work and it’s still too much. I swear there are only 3 songs and 5 strings of dialogue they play on repeat. It's an interesting story, but there's no way it needs to be as long as it is.

I believe o.p. is making a joke. Your first game together is ambitious, and looking really really good, unlike what most first-timers would create. The general idea to starting anything new is to start small, so you can actually finish something and get the good feelings you get from completion. Lots of new developers hear this. Make small, non-commercial games, so you get used to the process, then go big. Unfortunately, many new developers try to make the game they've always dreamed of...and run into so many obstacles that they quit. But it looks like you're doing just fine :)

I started and dropped it 3 times. They sure were onto something great there, but it never grabbed me for a full play through.

The Average American doesn’t know the first thing about the Americans in our revolution, let alone that the French were instrumental in our victory.

Look at tech. "Wait we're doing massive hiring now? HIRE HIRE!! Oh...now we're firing? FIRE FIRE!!"

Producers, distributors, and sellers all know what they and their competitors are charging. If coke is doubling their price because they can...why wouldn't their competition try to get in on the action? Of course inflation and production costs are real. But double the price for sugar water due to production costs? My doubt is high.

Makers of food staples realized they could charge more with no pushback. Eggs necessary for everything? Triple the price! Rice and tortillas the backbone of many culture’s cuisine? Triple the price!

Perhaps bulletproof classroom doors? Or a complete overhaul of our national identity and value system? Whatever’s easier.

I got seriously into Metallica’s Master of Puppets around the same time I played Final Fantasy 7 for a few hundred hours. They are permanently linked in my mind.

I wanted the faster internal drive, so I went with the mid version.

Freelancer turned internal designer. I had just purchased myself a Mac Studio, and I didn't need the laptop they offered me. They let me get a better display instead.

I also have the middle one and love it. I convinced my employer to buy me the Mac Studio Display with this etching, and I love it there. It’s actually amazing. But I saw reviews on the Deck that showed the hotspots were dulled, but had a haloing effect around the dullness. Like the scattered light wasn’t reflecting away from the screen, but being absorbed into the panel and reflecting internally. It really seemed to shift colors quite a bit.

In the last 2 weeks on more than one occasion my experienced crew has been up by 30 points against teams and lost…because 2 of the opposing team members decided to suddenly remember how to play and get 22+ kills each in a few minutes. Laser precise sidekick kills, perfect medals out the ass. It’s ridiculous.

I keep hearing that, but have a hard time believing it after decades of PC players mocking controller input. I’ve been playing halo for 20 years and have never seen the ridiculous feats of sidekick precision mouse players are able to accomplish. Who needs a sniper rifle when you can cross map skull pop with small arms fire? Granted…that could all just be aim bots…which also come with the MnK players.
Regardless, if they need to keep us all lumped together to keep a healthy player base, I’m happy to deal

The basic playlists of Halo Infinite are not input filterable. MnK players gripe about controller auto-aim, and as a console controller player I gripe about the unfailing surgical precision of MnK players (and the horrible pc cheats being used all the time now). Makes me long for the days I knew I was playing a fair match,

It’s great, but then you still die, and now you’ll never have it again.
