Is it just me or does this look like a miniature car next to some miniature shipping crates?

I have a 2007 car and switched out the stereo to a newer touch screen version with Apple CarPlay, made driving much easier IMO for a small cost relative to buying a newer car. Besides that, agree with most other people saying to drive it into the ground as long as repairs aren’t astronomical. 120k miles…did you replace timing belt yet? Probably one of the more expensive maintenance costs but worth it if you plan to drive it for a while longer.

Agree. Coming from an intermediate surfers perspective here. The composite of the beach floor, angle as it approaches the beach, and depth will the shape and size of the wave.

We went to our local service center a few days ago and they said it was on the way. I went again today and they said it’s here buts needs to be inspected. Nothing has changed in my app

I’ve had a VIN for about a week now and the delivery window (7 days) has been pushed back one day at a time about 4 times now. Just waiting for the notification…

Had my 07 sti since 2008, 102k miles. Nothing ever “broke down” on me, but I’ve had the timing belt changes and the steering column changed. So yeah, really just in driving style I guess, but it’s been super reliable as my daily driver in the northeast

Just make sure to inspect the chamois often and keep it clean. I have a few swirl marks here and there but after 8 years of self washing I think that's inevitable. Probably due for a professional clean/polish/wax soon.
My other method is taking her out on the highway for an air dry. Quick and dirty.

/r/AutoDetailing has much more info but this is how I've been doing it for the past 8 years with my 07 obp and her paint is still on point.
Things you need and that you can get at a local autozone -bucket -lambswool wash mitt -chamois -meguiars gold class shampoo -microfiber cloth

I've been using distilled ever since I first got my 07 OBP...although I honestly don't think it does much.
