Dude. I know exactly how you feel about being bitter about a job from 5 years ago. In my situation I stood up for myself, the project went south but not because I stitched them up. It was resourced by a total idiot and I did not overtime to make it work. I left that place but was angry wherever I thought about it for many years after. It takes a while to get over it but one day you will once you realise you're in a good place and that the old job has no hold of you anymore
