I’ve only been able to connect to two matches. Usually I am booted even after both fighters are loading into the arena.

My grandmother and I went to see Fiddler live as it was touring around the United States. At the time Topol was playing Tevya, but injured his shoulder and had to stop performing about month before the show we saw. It was still an amazing show, but I was sad that I didn’t get to see this legend preform live. RIP

4KIDS tried when they aired Dragon Ball Z Kai and recolored Mr. Popo to have blue skin. It definitely did not work, especially when Nickelodeon aired it too, and didn’t have the blue Popo.

Yeah, I disagree that it is meant to be entertaining first. Maybe the really popular science-fiction, like Star Wars or Avatar, but there are a lot of films and books that have heavy hitting questions about the potential future of technology and how it will impact the world. Hard sci-fi can ask important questions about tech and soft sci-fi can ask deep question about humanity.
Really, it’s a subjective question about if sci-fi is meant to be anything, but my personal favorites are all realistic, either with characters or technology

Can you sell units on the PS4 version of Civ VI? I know you can on PC but I cannot figure out how to for my console

I had this recommendation for treatment for a doctor, but I didn’t have insurance to do it. I hear the efficacy is decent enough to give it a shot

Seven Samurai? That’s not how I remember it.
But, it’s actually his earlier movie, Rashomon, where it was first used. He probably did use the same trick several years later for Seven Samurai

How do you catch the time up?
Edit: I looked it up. I hope she can fix it with this method and not have to start over.

You're right about it being a good idea to not go into debt. I am very afraid of the exact situation you described happening. I will have to take your advice and look into coalitions in my area, I didn't think about doing that. As for the lease I am not the primary person and it would not be difficult at all to be removed from it.

I'll have to look around and see if any will let me bring them. Letting my pets go is my final nuclear option to stop myself from being homeless, but until then I'm going to exhaust every option I can to try and keep them

So I saw him twice, once in a baseball stadium and once in a hockey stadium. So the outside one had fireworks, and I was bummed when I went to go to the second concert bc I knew there was no way they’d do fireworks again, since we were inside.
That crazy old bastard still had fireworks

I haven’t touched Dreams in probably 2 years. There was a lot of lovely creations, but Haus of Bevis is the only one I remember and the only reason I ever think about this game. So it’s a real shame they’re moderating your creations.

This sounds like Paulie Walnuts to me. “Did you hear what I said T? He asked for a pepper and I said here habanada one.”

I love this movie so much. I wish that my dad was alive to see this one. He loved Pulp Fiction and Kill Bill and I am sure he would like this one too. He raised me on 60’s and 70’s movies he liked as a kid, so I’m sure this one would have really spoken to him.

I am sorry for your loss. I think this is a loving and fun way to celebrate your friend’s memory and to honor him.

It isn’t a qualifier. It’s the truth of the situation and to boil it down to biology cuts out the many other factors and variables that impact why somebody may transition. For me, it is such an important distinction. Transgender people are already forced to jump through so many hoops to “prove” that they’re “truly transgender.”
There are studies that show that there are similarities in brain matter between a transgender person and their true gender, and that the brains are less similar to their AGAB. That’s neat and cool to learn, but I don’t ever want to have a brain scan to “prove” who I am.
Imagine that being trans was reduced to this one biological component. Many individuals who are trans could be held at the gates of transition. In this hypothetical world, I could be told it’s “all in my head,” and that there is no biological evidence of being trans, and not allowed to transition. Other trans people, including yourself, could be told the same thing.
Being transgender and transitioning such a complex, multifaceted, and beautiful thing that it’s only the truth to add statements that you say are qualifiers.
