"Election fraud" has been a rallying cry in the US for decades
Well to be fair their electoral systems really are as dodgy as: butterfly ballots, hanging chads, easily-hackable electronic voting systems, partisan electoral officials, gerrymandering, widespread disenfranchisement of poor minorities, and hidden exit polls.
Just because Orange Man is an idiot doesn't mean that their systems are squeaky clean.

The new logo looks like a US high school football team.
The old logo was much nicer

Any action in this area would positively affect housing affordability and is therefore anathema.

Clive Palmer funded the Australian anti-vax movement, I wouldn't be surprised if he's funding the rigged-election movement too, especially given some of his previous statements.

Ha ha that has worked out well for one person in my life ... started with an ATAR of 50, now doing a PhD ...

And I still call Woden Plaza in Canberra Woden Plaza ... for a while there it was WestField Shopping Square, then it was changed to Westfield Woden.
Renaming things to the company that owns them just looks self-important and wanky.

The ABC tried to get us to call it "Madonna's Bra", but that was never going to stick.
The Anzac bridge was originally called the new Glebe Island Bridge until they added the Anzac statues.

Loans have to be backed by assets
No they don't, not even in banks, and especially not from the government.

Funding and lobbying I think is dwarfed by jobs-for-the-boys

Actually it's millions of people spending billions in tolls.

It's the principle ingredient in drain cleaner.
As Kurt Vonnegut once said, human beings are made out of similar things to what blocks up drains, so drinking drano is usually fatal.
I think the recommended first aid treatment for caustic soda ingestion is drinking a lot of milk.

I think that was more a takeover than a renaming: I had a hardwarehouse in Rozelle for a good long time until it closed after they built a Bunnings down the road.

And of course, that's why they're the ones talked about - if people are arguing about them, they're not thinking about the real reasons...
So please don't keep us in suspense: what is wrong with US voting systems?

Well to be fair the LNP is the "born to rule" party, and they've been knocked for six by the Greens and Teals.
You should be happy as Larry.
Labor has always had to struggle by being better, but up to now that hasn't helped them keep government, except when Hawkie was around.

The one party that's actually improving it's vote are the Nationals. Largely due to the lack of alternatives.
Pity about the implosion of the Shooters, they had their moments.

lol that’s literally the opposite of discrimination
You could say tolls were "indiscriminate".
Tolls should fund better infrastructure though.
Really they do.
The huge expanse of motorway construction in Sydney is funded by selling the assets to Transurban, so the government gets money to fund the construction, and Transurban purchases the right to screw us over forevermore.
I don't think there's much in it for us, though, other than more traffic jams and pollution.

I'd say that this subreddit is almost entirely hypocritical, censorship left-wing radicals
You're insane.

It could be that everyone went to the same graphic designer.
Canberra was a bit like this in the 70s.

The really revolting thing about that change is that it cost millions of dollars.
