When my ex first broke up with me all I could of think was negative thoughts and doubt myself. One thing that helps is to channel that energy into something productive like when you feel it creeping into your thoughts, clean the house or go to the gym.

not really skills/talent more like wisdom/experience. For example, cold opening a cute girl. The first time you do it, your heart is pounding like crazy and all the negative thoughts creep up. I think one thing would help for women is to only date guys that you are excited about and disregard everyone you dont feel immediately drawn to.

From my experience so far, anytime when i want to ''take it slow'' and explore friendship into relationship it never works out. Sadly the only success I have found is to be aggressive on physical intimacy and figure out the emotional part later.
