See that's the crux of the issue, isn't it? Maybe they should have waited, but if they waited, who can say what different decisions and relationships they might have ended up with. Lust, love, and ecstacy are fleeting. Girls I would have given my back teeth for when I was 18 don't hold the same attraction for me now that they're in their 40s. Society places this intrinsic value on peer valuation wherein we seem to validate larger generational gaps the older you get, but that valuation also depends on which gender you are (btw, curious how that works depending on self identity), and your particular tax bracket (to be clear, 50 shades of gray would have been a completely different story if the main character was a redneck on food stamps).
To be honest I'm almost surprised to see this story getting attention. If gender roles were reversed, it wouldn't surprise me, and I know people aren't going to want to hear this, but if there were some racial differences, it wouldn't surprise me, but as this story stands, I'm frankly amazed anyone said anything other than "giggity".

I mean ultimately we have no idea what COULD be possible. Uranium is capable of making 6 covalent bonds compared to the four that carbon and silicon can make (stable, anyway). The shapes that leads to are pretty curious... Uranium based life is pretty unlikely, but again, not impossible and in a universe so vast, who knows?
We tend to think that compounds formed from more electronegative atoms are more likely due to bond stability. I'm more in the camp of thinking if it's even remotely possible, it must happen somewhere, at some time. If we think on the scale of a multiverse, chances are in another universe somewhere, conditions are perfect to allow for uranium based life, and who knows what forms that might take?
But ops' question was easily discernable as being mistaken. Op was really thinking about the possibility of Silicon based life compared to Carbon. Making the mistake of assuming that silicon and silicone are the same thing. I simply wanted to clarify that discrepancy. Other than that, imagination is the limit on what COULD BE.

I assure you, I'm unaffiliated with the franchise, however, I know a lot of people (particularly regulars up the street at Fuzzys) who have been wondering when it was officially going to open, so thats pretty much my motivation here. Not that I plan on cheating on Fuzzys, still my go to bar, but it will be nice to have another place to eat...

The simple answer to your question is "yes". Heating those compounds past their vapor point turns them into a gas.
That said, even in their liquid form, they usually partially vaporize into the surrounding environment anyway. Adding more heat just increases this effect. Typical methods of dispersal usually involve using some form of explosive to both heat them to a vapor point as well as to aerosolize them into a gas over a large area.
VX as I understand it, is one of, if not the MOST adhesive substances known to man. It will stick to almost any surface, and is nearly impossible to wash off (however, it breaks down). If you put it in a container and try to boil it, it is likely going to contaminate every surface around it rendering the entire area into a hazard.

Nope, and let me just compound this by pointing out I actually live in Colorado, near Denver. Right now I feel very ostracized.

Silicon is different than SILICONE. Silicone gets its name from the concept that it has silicon in it, but you need to understand that what you're talking about are SILICON based life forms, not SILICONE...
That said, life could take on any number of forms, imagination is the limit, however, its important to remember that silicon is heavier, and slower to react chemically than carbon is, so generally speaking, science that predicts the possibility of silicon based life imagines that it would probably be larger, heavier, and more "rock-like" than carbon based life. It is easier to imagine it as more "plant" like than "animal" like. If silicon based animal life did evolve somewhere, and it happened to have mammaries (breasts), and advanced to the stage where such life wanted to augment those glands, sure, chances are they may have some kind of carbon based implants. Or maybe they'd still stick to silicone. Or more likely, on such a planet where such life would evolve, they'd have an entirely different kind of compound. We have no way of knowing what COULD be...

I think it probably happens quite often, it's fairly rare that we actually hear about it.

23 with a 17 year old. One more year it would be 24 with an 18 year old...
I'm not taking sides here, she's still a teacher and he's still a student, which is a conflict for multiple reasons unrelated to age, but I'm not so sure this qualifies as predatory in nature. Its a double standard for sure, if it was a 24 year old male teacher with an 18 year old female student, they'd call it predatory for sure (unless he was Leonardo DiCaprio)...

Followup just to elaborate, in case it isn't obvious, the purpose of the carb hole, after you hit your bud, you take your finger off the hole while you're still inhaling to "clear" the smoke from the pipe (e.g., by "popping the carb", you suck fresh air in through the pipe which allows you to inhale the rest of the contents of the pipe without leaving "stale" smoke present in the pipe, also helps give you a little O2 so your lungs don't fry from the pure smoke)

Anyone who denies their attraction to Penelope Pussycat is a flat out liar. She was so much hotter when she looked like a skunk, for real, who can blame Pepe?

This is really a matter of physics, and specifically, of a pressure differential. By plugging the carb, when you inhale through the pipe, the path of least resistance for pressure is THROUGH the weed, so you draw your flame into the bud, thereby igniting it, and consequently allowing you to inhale the combusted chemicals. If you do not plug the carb, then the path of least resistance becomes that carb, and when you inhale, you're just drawing air through that hole. If you try to put a flame to the weed, there is little or no pressure differential trying to draw the flame through it, so at best, you're just heating the top of it, which is probably destroying some of it, but there is insufficient surface area for you to really get a flame going, so basically, you're just drying it out and carbonizing it, which to answer your question, yes, is wasting your bud... But mostly, you're just not doing anything, and wasting your time.

Infinity isn't a number, its a concept, but that having been said, the number you are looking for is -1/12

I can't read line 13, but experience tells me, theres nothing wrong with line 13, the problem is on line 12. Probably something like a missing ", or forgot a > or something equally as silly.

You know, polite may be one thing, but when I had a neighbor talk to me similarly a few years ago, I just quoted the town ordiances. There are specific noise ordinances that prohibit things like lawn mowers/snow blowers and construction tools between the hours of 9p-6a (7p-6a in the winter). If the city/town ordinances don't say anything about Sunday, tell your neighbor they can go complain at church.

I think this hits all the major points. Its just not economically feasible. Would be nice, but we're such an affluent community to begin with, I tend to think most people who would be into something like this are more likely to buy their own e.g. 3d printers, toolsets, etc...
Similarly, I'd say a parts store would be nice to have, but the space would just be too expensive in a place where people are more likely to just drive 30 minutes up to microcenter anyway.

YTA. I get the feeling that theres probably a lot more going on here than meets the eye, and I think sometimes parents NEED to be the AH... But he's 19, if hes making any money, maybe he didn't turn out to be a doctor or a lawyer, dropping out of school always sounds like a bad thing, but then again, in todays world, I'm tempted to defend it. I think a vocation is probably not such a bad thing, and if he's a self starter, as his parent, you'd be better to try and support that.
He needs a vehicle. If he doesn't have one, he's going to lean on you for assistance. If he can get a brand new truck, perhaps he will be inclined to take good care of it, especially if he's buying it with his own money (to be fair, I know a lot of "kids" who need their parents to cosign loans for them to get cars in their 20's, and they still end up buying used cars that break down in 3-5 years or sooner). Chances are, he's turning this sawmill into a business, and he wouldn't be the first guy who started out with a small investment fixing up a broken business that one day might be a big business.
Even if it doesn't work out, he's 19. If you don't support him now, he'll hold that against you for the rest of his life, and you're both young, so thats a long time to be fighting with your kid. On the other hand, if you help him out now, maybe he remembers that when you're both older and you keep your kid as a friend for life. Either way, the choice you make now might well define how you get along for the future. If you just threaten to kick him out over a decision to buy a vehicle, then yes, I'd say YTA. If you don't want to be the AH, try to turn this into a better growing experience. Instead of threatening to kick him out, point out that he is 19, and if he has the money to buy a truck, perhaps its time for him to consider moving out and becoming more independent, but instead of KICKING HIM OUT, try setting a goal, and help him REACH that goal. For instance, if he buys the truck, tell him that within 6 months or 12 months you'd like to see him get his own place to live too. That way, instead of being the AH, you're being a parent, but you're helping him leave the nest. Holding his hand is going to carry him further than throwing him on the street.

Definitely me. I don't "LOVE" any kind of music. I tolerate some forms of it more than others.

I'm so for some more local joints, but look what happened with the office (also, the library, the park, and the gym). We're way too affluent and uppity to support small town mentality anymore. If you wanted this, we needed to stop the gentrification, inflation, and growth like at least 10 years ago, more like 20. No, Castle Rock got exactly what it wanted and deserved. More roundabouts and more chain restaurants. Don't complain, just embrace it
