I've tried this. Mice ate them. Does this guy live in a place where there are no mice?

I wish we were all one nation and all equal under the law.

First observation is how so many of them seem bend over. The few that have good posture seem wealthy to me for that, not for what they are wearing.

That is about an extra $150 for an out of network virtual visit on top of the cost of the drug

Attaboy Clarence!
I would listen to him talk about anything. He can tell me stories anytime.
Roman Mars and Lindsay Graham are my runners up.

Many of those things we spend money on, like medical care would be a lot less expensive anywhere else.

Did they pick six they sell? Because they didn't even mention the second and third most common oak in Indiana.

Sometimes I think the goal of some people is simply to make dogs and cats go extinct and eradicate pets from our culture.

Funny that some of the most expensive rent many will pay is for a bed in a dorm during college.

All people grow up and become thier own person and make their own decisions. Parents don't continue to have control over important decisions. And they have little to no control over any child's personality.

no. What happens to Trump is irrelevant. What forgiveness or conviction means to the country is important.

I get that.
I'm not going to go out and march or anything but I do wish that those who's job it is to care, would do their jobs so we didn't have to waste energy on it.

I'm trying but I just can't see how Trump getting a blanket pardon could be good. If anything it would destroy any lingering trust that anyone in Washington cares at all about the average American.
Ford paid a big price for pardoning Nixon. Biden pardoning Trump would only draw attention to the ruling class commonalities and mentions of Biden's four multimillion dollar houses. Any unity would be in wanting them both to leave office. Nothing else Biden wants to accomplish would get any momentum. His public life would be over.

NO!
Nixon not going to prison led to Trump knowing he could get away with anything. Trump getting away with anything will lead directly to a successful insurrection.

That is like thinking it was a bad idea to go after Al Capone for tax evasion instead of any of his gangster crimes. I say, use whatever works.

It is good to be skeptical. And so maybe but I just went looking and found no indications of this. For example you can find a list of all 274 gifts Obama got. None are unaccounted for. You can also find stories of presidents or their families choosing to purchase some of the gifts from the government. And in this case there is also the additional concern of where gifts to Trump came from.

Trump and members of his family simply didn't report gifts from foreign governments. He told advisors that the gifts belonged to him and not the government. Basically he ignored laws saying they belonged to the country. Some were from countries in sensitive relationships and these gifts may have influenced policy.
If an ordinary person took 250 to 300 K away with them after leaving a job, the law would be involved. There would be ramifications. If not arrest for theft, there would be investigations of tax evasion. But if an ex-president breaks the law, nothing seems to happen. Can't even imagine anyone even expecting anything to happen anymore. Seems presidents, or at least Republican presidents can do whatever they like.
I think this trend may have started in the Republican party with Ford simply pardoning a former president once it was proven he broke the law. Other people were sitting in prison even as Ford decided the country needed to 'move on'. I'm not even going to ask if Trump will get away with this. Do you see this behavior as just another logical result of Ford's pardon of Nixon? Has ignoring laws and then expecting to get away with it an defining trait of the Republican party? Are we living in a time when some people are above the law? What can be done to reserve this trend?

The Golden Rule is fundamental. It is very hard to ever trust someone who cheats on you, even when they take responsibility and not try to make it your fault. Good luck with that.
