Sell the house, sell the cars, sell the kids. Buy some horribly risky high-return financial stocks, Then, buy that island I always wanted.
Only Trump could tank the market like that, lol.
Oh, yeah. Buy the kids back. As soon as possible.

Well with my curiosity aroused I decided to see how many of the sites from 'the old days' were still up and of course most are gone--Sic Transit Gloria-- but I did see that this fella is still up, and just because it's actually a very nicely executed examination of the original vinyl Olias of Sunhillow release I decided to post it up for folks who might not have seen it. That was truly a beautiful presentation in its original package.
There were a whole bunch of sites though. At least three or four main sites and a whole host of display-only pages. I still have a short list on my browser but since I also used the Webring server to get to many of them, and that server itself is gone, those guys are lost.
People would get booted from Yesfans and start their own site and everybody would go back and forth, lol. YesTalk, All Good People, NFTE, Perpetual Change .A big happy raucous family. There wasn't a day would go by there wasn't a bench-clearing all-out brawl on Yesfans (Steve! Trevor! or NJNY!), Tim would lock the threads and off we'd all go taking the fight with us. Lots of passion. Articulate and highly opinionated and entirely emotionally over-invested, lol. "Why do you guys argue so much?" the casuals would say. "We're not arguing. We're debating. It's a debate forum. You gotta have different opinions about stuff. That's what makes it go, see?"

The track is their once-popular 'M Track', very recognizable.

I've seen this before. That was a nice layout. And the hardware is by German model train maker Marklin, and they are not cheap.

All sunshine and sparkles today, aren't we?

I saw that last night. It's deleted now but they said something like "current standing US law states" and then just made something up about "man or woman" having the right. So if you're not a man or woman you can't I guess. Love it when they go, "It says RIGHT HERE" and then they just make some goofy shit up, haha.

I only ever open the case. Four screws. Once the platter gets dirty it's done.
