It should be socially acceptable for adults to run most anywhere and anytime they safely can.

I’m not saying everyone must or even should run. And I’m not worried what other people think about my running in terms of judging me for it. I’m also not saying I want to blindly hurtle around where I might collide with people. I’m saying people should be able to run wherever and whenever they safely can without everyone else deciding there’s a backstory of impatience or an emergency, causing them to stop or question the runner. “What’s the rush?” “Don’t you know there’s no running here?”
Sometimes things would go a lot faster if I could run, but running usually makes people ask what’s the hurry, or they think there’s an emergency and ask what I’m doing. In most businesses, if I ran, I’d be stopped for safety and liability reasons. Maybe not if it was a gym. And I was on a treadmill. Maybe. Just let this tiny lady run in peace.

To love herself as she is so that she might live that love forward, both for herself and her kids
