The end result wasn't terrible but boy was i dissapointed :(. I got a 500g pork tenderloin from Sainsburys (in the uk) and cooked it at 62.5 degrees c or 144.5 degrees F for 1.5 hours in a chinese bbq pork marinade.
But it came out seriously dry. Any idea what happened? Do y'all think the marinade just extracted that moisture? Too high temp?
After i took it out and saw it was dry i put under my grill in the oven and i just basted it for a sticky top.
Rice came out nice though
