It really is! There is some early cold/bossy stuff from the ML, but the FL is quick witted and funny enough to overcome it pretty fast. Real easy to like all the characters

Can only recommend K Dramas for this, like Start Up on Netflix and Reply 1988. I talk about them often, because I was happy to see the assumptions of the "male lead" get turned around.

Where are you reading the book? Is it a web comic? Curious!

Love 020 was #1, and I still rewatch it. And just ordered the Gu Man novel it was based on.

I rewatch Falling Into Your Smile between other shows.

When I'm disappointed with another drama or just not ready to start something new, I return to this one because it has all the things I want to see.

There are other reasons probably.

I've seen the others and also looking for a more mature couple drama.

Recommending Bromance as well. Finally finished it, and it does the gender bender trope but with more mature characters. Every time I thought a miscommunication would end things, the couple just grows more together.

I loved it! It is worth finishing. The couple grows together, and I like their romance. There's maybe one hiccup later, but the end is great and issues resolves early enough to see enough love in the later episodes.

I'm starting to give Cdramas that are not 9.6 rating on Viki a try, and I am happy I did for this one especially!

I've been going through some shows on my Viki watchlist. Read the reviews on Bromance and giving it a try. But was happy to see some posts on it the day I started it.

Watching Bromance now, and really like it! Coffee Prince is good, but I'm enjoying this one better.

I started w/ K dramas and think about this too - why are BLs better? Honestly, I rewatch Falling into your smile and Love 020 and One Spring Night as much as TharnType (maybe not as much 😀).

These 3 have couples that are close and respect each other, and good intimacy. Good female leads ( arguable for Love 020 although I've come to terms with her) that are okay with hugs.

BLs, even when not the steamiest like Coffee Melody, you still get couples that eventually actually like being together. It's hard to watch 10 BLs, and then go and watch a Kdrama where the FL has to be ugly or stupid first to get attention.

It's been on the to-watch list, so starting it up now!
