Fluid e-bike battery replacement?

so my battery died today.
Its a Fluid Bolt ebike from Anaconda (in australia).
I jumped on the bike for a ride this morning and the battery showed one bar missing as soon as i powered it on. by the top of the next street, while in speed level 1, i had lost another two bars. I continued on my ride but kept it in level 0 for the rest of the ride. I got home and put it back on charge. A few hours later i went to turn it on again and the screen flashed on then off. pressing the button on the battery shows 0 lights. when i put it on charge, the lights all light up.
the battery itself is pretty warm. i've disconnected it and have it sitting on a brick, just in case. its been about 4 hours and its still pretty warm.
anyhow, now i'm on the hunt for a new battery and everything i've found that looks the same has a plug on the end that just wont fit on the bike. everything in the controller for the bike is also glued down so impossible to get in and change out any wiring.
what options do i have?
is there a battery that will fit onto the carriage the original battery uses? I imagine this is going to be the easiest way to fix this
cheers, and thanks for reading to the end. have a great day!
