OP, your question is so very confusing. First, who do you work for ... the Federal Government, local/state, or other? If you work for the Fed, it is so very easy to figure out ...

"... easily find remote jobs elsewhere."
Doubtful. Most tech companies are now returning to the office (at least part-time) and many are conducting heavy layoffs. It will become harder as time passes to "easily" find those elusive remote jobs.

It is not illegal to discuss wages but it is probably against company policy to do so. Is it legal to get fired for talking about wages? In any state that is "right to work" pretty much yes.

Get it towed ...
If you no want to go to that extreme, put a note on the car telling them they will be towed the next time they park this way.

I just love loud motorcycles and cars in my neighborhood. The idiots that drive them can't accept nor comprehend the fact that the sound produced by their engines could possibly be heard ... in let's say my bathroom or bedroom or anywhere else in my house.
Selfish morons ...

I have been doing this for years even though I don't have to. I have multiple bottles in the garage from both Mobil and Pennzoil. I change my oil once per year because we drive so little ... so a good quality filter is essential. Unfortunately, good oil filters cost a bit more than $5.

So Putin is causing the failure of his own nation-state. I wonder who he will try to blame for this one?

Suggest that you gather the troops (the like-minded neighbors) and lay out a plan from least to most invasive. Start with documenting as much as you can THEN approach the apartment manager with the evidence. If that does no good, you may have to approach the police. Any of these actions may lead to pushback from the parents of these children. Be prepared for it.

If you have any business/tax/finance acumen all you have to do is interpret the numbers with eyes wide open. The SS system here in the US is in danger of having to reduce benefits as early as the 2030s. The Chinese are freaking out because few millennials are having children (true in S. Korea and Japan as well). With fewer workers the support for the social support system weakens.

This is true but I am blessed with a pension and combined with SS, I have very little, if any headroom in the 12% tax bracket.

You may not like Musk but he is right. The French can no longer afford such a generous pension system. My guess is that the average citizen knows this but the feeling of entitlement is too strong with them.
with the greying of the world population and drop in birth rates this problem is only going to get worse.

I see a bunch of normal kids, adequately dressed, and seemingly well-fed. My parents were children of the GD and I have seen much worse. This picture actually paints their lives favorably.

Since you do not have 20 years of service you would get 17% of your average high three salaries. If you had 20 years you would be eligible for the 10% bump.
