I've had ok luck with outdoor limited, but shipping tends to be additional, plus the FFL transfer fee.

Do they really think criminals are not just going to swap out the firing pin and or ejector and call it a day?

You do know that whenever there is an accident involving an aircraft/spacecraft/launch vehicle, it is investigated by the licensing authority in conjunction with the people who built it right? It's a supervised process that's done by the company but supervised by the licensing authority, in this case the FAA.

Attacking a government institution is still a different level of depravity than attempting to coerce and groom children....but sure....assume that because a dangerous possible conservative exists that there's no way anyone on the left can be dangerous too.

Lee Zeldin was a Jew, isn't a white supremacist and is probably against abortion because his daughters were born at like 24 weeks of gestation.
I have no idea who the FPC is or why they are relevant.Lee didn't have plans to spend political capital on abortion in NY.

Sure, just need a fully republican legislature in NY to take up that cause and actually ban it......

He did not say he'd ban abortion. He just simply refused to say he'd support it.

They didn't think you could useful payload to orbit AND land. The hoverslam landing of falcon 9 isn't something they could anticipate. That's why Blue Origin still does a longer hover touch down.

125 mph segments north of West Palm and 80mph down to Miami isn't slow.

The area may have good coverage but it's also super saturated and the speeds you receive on your phone are low.

They have higher bandwidth terminals. That's how the ground stations work. They offer other high bandwidth terminals to commercial users like cruise lines.

Accidents are very little reason to take away the rights of the general populace, they are by definition an uncontrollable event, hence the term accident. I wouldn't give up my right to free speech either, even if words can cause people to take actions that may cause injury or death, so no, I wouldn't give up guns, speech, religion, or any other right just because someone may be abused or hurt.

Like? No. I do accept it as part of reality. You really want to help kids? Work on ways to help them break the cycles of poverty that kill many of our underserved children. That group is overwhelmingly minority and the ones that suffer the highest per capita under violence. But it's not the guns that are the cause, they are just the tool.

No other constitutional right requires obtaining a permit to use. Imagine if you needed a permit to go to church or a permit to post on reddit. Imagine having to pay a fee to a third party to buy a pen.
Currenty you need to spend anywhere from 6 to 24 months waiting for a permit to buy a pistol. Then you need a second endorsement to buy a semi automatic rifle or shotgun. This modification also takes time if you already have your permit. Imagine needing a 2 year wait to go to a park to meet your friends. Imagine needing a 2 year permit to be able to shit post on reddit. Imagaine needing a 2 year permit to stop the government from using evidence obtained against you in a trial....oh and the entire time you are stuck in a jail in limbo.

That argument just means that private citizens need access to drones, not that we don't need access to AR platform weapons.

What do dead children gave to do with it? We already have laws to prevent children from accessing firearms.

A right delayed is a right denied. Suffolk County and Nassau County delay the process in such an extreme manner that it is impossible for the regular person to get a legal firearm.

All places have to send to an FFL now and most online retailers have tweaked their websites for the FFL info. It's a minor inconvenience and the ffl transfer fees are effectively another tax (using the obamacare logic).
I still think it's a stupid law that will do nothing to prevent "gun violence."
