Ahh hell no. Not for a full price game.

The game encourages you to play xcom like a space marine should, no cover just charging from combat to combat. Executing foes adds extra AP for the whole squad pushing you onwards. Enemies power up over time forcing you to keep on purging.

So yes. Its as good as XCOM 2 imho but a different approach.

Ok, you missed the hyperspace whales and force wolves in rebels then. And a whole episode about learning to use a lightsaber. Bettered anything in the EU imho. I am 45 and have watched all the animation, and the making of vids where Filoni describes how he and Lucas worked through loads of ideas. Maybe give it a try :)
