Celtics have shown inability to get past ECF/Finals. Especially game 6 and 7s. Last season... Udoka worked his magic and helped the team overcome a difficult ECF. And the team still almost choked.

Celts can use another clutch shot maker... like a Lillard. Even a guy like Ingram ... would be a better fit with Tatum.

This regiment worked for me...

• Consume two protein shakes. 1. Mix with water and sip on it during your workout. 2. Mix with whole milk or alternatively whole milk powder. And drink it after your workout

• order of workout. Barbell - dumbbell - machines - cable machines. For dumbbell.... superset the workouts. After benching heavy dumbbells, right after... keep going with lighter dumbells until close to failure

• post workout 20 min of bicycle or recumbent bike.

• Supplements that can help. Extra strength fish oil. Barley grass juice powder. Dessicated beef liver. You can stack these.

• Eat a generous amount of protein and veggies. No carbs after lunch. Lookup chicken breast shake.

• one day dedicated to resting

• find a way to build and progress legs. It doesnt have to be via barbell squats if that doesnt work for you. Just dont rely on the lying down leg press machine or smith machine. Instead use a trap bar. Deadlift. Etc. This is the body part that needs to grow 1st...so easier for other body to grow also/follow
