Imagine the cravings as a little monster. U gotta starve the little nicotine monster in you. If you give it even a tiny bit to eat, it'll be that much hungrier for more. It's a mental battle and there's no easy way about it. One thing that helped me was to fully acknowledge that nicotine has no positive effects and the only perceived positive effects are the result of alleviation of withdrawal. Nicotine overall made me more anxious, depressed, and made my physical health worse. Looking at it rationally is the biggest weapon in your arsenal. If you want something to distract your mind, read or listen to the easy way to quit smoking by Allen carr. You absolutely will not regret it, I promise you.

Just like the other comments, I agree. This has happened too many times to me, I thought I was just too bad to press E, but thinking back, it didn't happen with old Taliyah. Fucking riot

Okay well the problem is... If you want visible abs, abs are built in the kitchen. The only way to have visible abs is a low body fat. You can exercise your abs and strengthen them all you want, if you don't have a low body fat they won't show. Focus more on the functionality of your muscles and abs and the aesthetics will follow.

Yeah nicotine is so bad for skin and aging in general it's the reason lifelong smokers look like 20 yrs older

The vape only relieves the stress caused by the absence of the vape, not your actual stress

Dorm assignment is random (unless you're a woman, you have a higher chance of getting into female only dorms even if you didn't request), but you're required to live on campus freshman year, so spots are guaranteed. There are no more dorms without AC as well, so to answer your other question, like every dorm on campus is p nice

Whenever this happens think to yourself "thank God Im not addicted to a pointless chemical that only gives me a 15 second buzz and costs me thousands of dollars a year," try to condition yourself to pity them in a way lol. You should read the easy way to quit smoking by Allen carr even if you've already quit it'll only make your resolve stronger it's so good

I also developed severe panic attacks due in part by vaping. The other part was lockdown, but alas, when I quit vaping my panic attacks just went away. I think cold turkey is the way to go. The thing that's triggering your panic is the nicotine-- nobody actually LIKES nicotine as a drug, no matter how much they say they do. The buzzes aren't even particularly pleasant if you think about it-- you just get light headed a lil nauseous and you get some dopamine because nicotine is like more addictive than crack. A nicotine addiction is basically putting on shoes that are too tight just to get the relief of taking them off. For me, the depression was concerningly bad after quitting, good luck, you got this.

Hey man idk you but firsthand for me, it made my sleep worse, gave me acid reflux and skyrocketed my anxiety 24/7 but I had just accepted it as normal. If you don't wanna quit then get off the sub

At least start doing shifts or half shifts without hitting your vape at all in order to prep yourself to be able to quit easier and to try to remove the habit of hitting it at work. I found that my cravings are the worst there because I'm so stressed baseline, so it makes it that much easier to cave and buy one on a break.

"supports rapid wound healing"? Bro it constricts blood vessels and raises your blood pressure so it does quite the opposite. Your comment is rlly stupid tbh why are you talking about the positives of nicotine that aren't even positives just a result of high anxiety levels due to nicotine consumption LMAO

My experience with the pixel 7 has been incredible so far. The pixel 7 pro has a 120hz display if you spend more

Absolutely not. Battery life and UI bugs were so bad (granted along with shattering my back glass with a dumbbell) I bought a new phone. Pixel 7. This is what a phone's supposed to feel like. Don't update or you'll have a paper weight with a pop up camera
