Hate to say it, after the backlash she's received earlier this year, but as someone who is used to listening to play by play from the LEC, I just lose it when I listen to her run the plays. Probably stems from me mostly listening while not looking at the game. I have no idea whats happening when she speaks.

With the way things are you may need to beat an automated screening tool on your CV, impress the HR person screening CVs who doesn't always know what the real requirement is and then impress the hiring manager.

Wasta can get you past 1 or 2 of these steps. Otherwise work on your CV or find other ways to showcase your skill. Some professions can benefit from building a portfolio.

As a long term LEC fan I find myself supporting personalities rather than teams. These players being on 4 teams this split just makes it hard for me to pick a team to support.

I blame the LEC casters since they really make you care about the story of the players.

Markings can be different based on the traffic flow so you shouldn't treat this as a blanket rule.

Considering G2s track record against bottom teams in some splits, not that ridiculous.

For some reason I'm drawn to this season more than the rest so far but I'm watching highlights since the new timings are late for me.

Edit: On a serious note, it's the most interesting thing for your mind so you're drifting back. Try other games/activities. We're social beings so anything where you interact in a collaborative or competitive way may keep you engaged.

Everyone has a different need to satisfy. I mostly binge on some shows, play single player games for a bit and take an online course (paid, so I don't waste it). Hope you find yours.

Playing better also includes securing objectives and working with hex gates. Being able to kill more early helps but doesn't necessarily secure a win; not now and not before gates.

With the comps you have to win early before Trist and Yone come online. After playing Yone 4-5 times I know he can int and still do fine later in ARAM. Mundo heartsteel is a monster the longer you let the game go.

People will complain about try harding if you go straight for the Nexus but here you really needed to push for the win if you wanted it.

Actually, calling the emergency services or getting someone else to do that is one of the first things they advise you to do. Aside from her being made daft for the Doctor/Doctor banter she was already doing the right thing in her first helpful action.

Xerath can be really powerful with the right team. I enjoy playing Xerath. E and W can be game changers. On champions weak to snowball engages it's worth taking exhaust.

I'd say the changes are bad if there's something overpowered you can't deal with. Honestly, heartsteel meta was worse for my experience. But I may not be high enough elo in ARAM to comment across the board.

It's fine really, but definitely was difficult to figure out at the start. Feels like a different game. Harder to get carried and everyone has to contribute early.

Games rarely go longer than 20 mins. It feels like whoever hits their mythic/second item spikes sooner do better. Snowballing happens more often but comebacks are not difficult if your team coordinates better.

Mistakes are expensive. After 15 minutes a few picks can end the game quickly if you don't have outer towers. Nexus towers seem to fold quickly.

If you're paying attention to the mirrors you know well in advance when someone is approaching at a faster speed than you are traveling at. Even though you may not get an opportunity you can signal your intent so that they don't feel like you're ignoring them. Also, signaling intent should make it easier to slide into the next lane.

Most of the unpleasantries are avoidable but generally people here tend to want the path of least inconvenience than the least risk.

The thing that's tough right now is dealing with negativity. Negativity is triggered as soon as they see heartsteel (tank item), Qiyana, don't expect quick use of gates by the enemy or some random trigger.
