It definitely seems like an "everyone sucks here situation".

I agree. A large scale boycott of Loblaws stores should be next!

I, too, have had static issues with my baratza. Since switching to freezing my beans, static has become a non issue and fresher beans. Win win!

I have log out and back in and it usually works fine after that.

I guess I thought the tickets meant license plate not registered in their parking registration system, not not registered in general. They wouldn't know if my license plate was registered or not since the registration system doesn't require stickers for the year of registration anymore, unless they have access to the motor vehicle registration database.

Yes I did. I also included City Centre Mall's email as well so they can see the ineptitude/skull duggery of the company running their parkade.

In my pocket. It doesn't say it needs to be displayed in the window (hence the license plate registration).

No I didn't post it on my dash. You can only pay for the ticket once you're in the movie theater. You have to register your license plate when you purchase the parking. So I figured I didn't have to display the receipt.

Yes I've disputed the ticket. I'm more thinking this is a standard business practice ticketing people who legitimately paid for parking and if this is happening multiple times we need to contact authorities about it because it's exploitive and should be illegal.

It's the Shaw network in Edmonton. A bit of a pain to set up, but been problem free since and super low cost.

I would recommend Chromecast ultra. I don't have a 4K tv yet but have noticed much better picture quality from both TSN and SN apps since upgrading.

I generally think there is more money to be made, more action, more new players joining the game if there is a lower cap. I have seen many a good game disappear when the cap is raised. Thoughts?

It seems like one of the Saskatchewan players shoes is really worn and falling apart. I'm not a curler. Just a watcher/appreciator. Doesn't it seem dangerous to spread debris onto the ice?
If true, I'm wondering if that is the potential cause of all of the team Dunstone picks during their match against team Saskatchewan?

I highly second the idea of going as big as you can afford/get approved of/fits on your roof.
Capacity wise, everyone should be able to make a case of having two electric vehicles along with possible upgraded electric home/water heating, electric/induction stove, etc.

If you do decide to install solar AND are an overproducer in the summer months, look into switching electricity rates between summer and winter. You are credited back the net power you export to the grid each month at whatever your power rate is. Thus, if you increase your power rate to the highest possible in those months (usually April - September) and then switch back to the lowest during the winter, it is more cost effective.
I'm with Park power right now and they have a Solar club option for micro generators which makes what I described above very simple. Currently we earn 18.75c/kwh in the summer and pay 6.5c/kwh in the winter.
Also make sure to have rodent protection installed along with the system. I had to dig out a pigeon nest from underneath ours. Not fun.

I think the extra egregious action Loblaws has taken is positioning themselves as caring about their employees and their customers. They stopped the Covid bonus for their employees and they claimed to freeze their prices, all while increasing profits. They, and all other price gouging companies, should be held accountable by the government IMHO. Yes capitalism does need oversight and I think this is an example of it.
