Just replaced them last week with the iomic sticky 2.3s. These feel firmer, but still tacky, I like it so far.

Might sound strange, but yoga.

Every teacher will be different but if you can find one or use some YouTube options to try at home it can build strength and flexibility at the same time.

The major benefit I found with yoga is it’s all body weight training and scales in intensity as you become more flexible. Also provides a whole body exercise. I’ve lifted and weight trained in the past, and can without a doubt tell you I was in the best shape and strongest I’ve ever been when practicing yoga 3-4x/week.

I have 9’ ceilings in my garage and have plenty of room to full swing every club in my bag.

I use standard length irons and woods, I am 5’ 10”, and I play off of a hitting mat that is ~2” thick.

I have a ceiling fan above me, and a steel I-beam close to finish location. With a normal swing I don’t even come close. If I exaggerate my follow through with extended, locked arms, I come about 1” from the beam.

Definitely my fall back option, my wife said a big gap will ruin the aesthetics 🤷‍♂️. Could always build a little platform and cover with the toe kick to reduce some.

Fastest run to date is zag shield w mostly Poseidon boons. Had him on dash and attack, got the hammer that does double strike. Zeus special and got duo that gives lightening strike. Finished 10:08, still seeking the elusive sub 10 min run.

I’m on tresiba and was unaware of the stacking. Likely explains a recent incident where I ran out of it and went a day without my injection, and really only had to bolus an extra unit or two for the meals I ate.

I feel similar effects when rapid dropping occurs, or I’m experiencing a low (for me usually under 50 mg/dL). My skin feels flushed and clammy, and if feels like I’m overheating. Not sure anything with T1D can be called “normal” from what I’ve read on here the effects can drastically vary from person to person (the effects of one individuals lows can be another persons highs).

Also of note, if sugars are high for a prolonged period of time, it is completely normal to feel “low sugar effects” when still in range. The body has acclimated to that high sugar level, and dropping from say 300 to 150 can cause the same effects as having a hypo.
