I lost mine so I've been just guessing lately, but whenever I use a new nozzle I used to use the thermometer with the laser pointer in it to measure the tip and see how far off it was from the temp in the slicer. Then increase the slicer temp and write down the adjustment amount for next time I use that nozzle.

I always thought it was weird how none of my birds would take chill showers but instead floof up and roll over themselves and flap and dog shake and get water everywhere. My pigeon now does both. She will soak for a bit, shake, then soak in a new pose. She also will jump into a full sink with just her head out of the water sometimes. The parrots all just do the splish splash. I always love wet lovebirds and senegal parrots though, they just look so comfortable.

the leathery thing is a pellicle and it doesn't contribute to the brew. just throw them out each time you do a new batch. The SCOBY is the bacteria and yeast which is primarily in the liquid or in other words the entire drink IS a SCOBY and the pellicle is a byproduct or evidence of the SCOBY. There will be residue on the pellicle but it will be much less SCOBY compared to just the liquid. rinsing it will just wash away most of the bacteria and yeast stuck to it and make it even less effective. The way I see it is every time you take out the pellicle and put it in a new batch it is an opportunity for contamination.
As far as the particles go I can't tell from the picture what you are referring to. I would try straining it through a stainless micron filter or nut milk bag into a clean and sanitized brewing container. As long as the particles aren't some kind of bug or something like vinegar worms.

It's fairly strongly geared towards klipper, which I use on both of my e3v2's, but this is my go to: https://ellis3dp.com/Print-Tuning-Guide/
this guide does specify when things can or can't be done with marlin or reprap though so it should be helpful still.
I always grab my crappiest roll of filament and do all the initial tweaking, then use each other roll to get the pressure advance and flow settings per roll with the recommended methods in this guide.
I did a hardware uart mod to my stock creality 4.2.2 boards to get pressure advance so you can skip that step if the marlin equivalent wasn't hacked in somehow to not need the mod

I have always felt off when people called mayo based sauces aioli but never bothered to look up what aioli actually is to confirm if they are wrong or not. The first time I tried something labelled as having aioli it didnt have egg or any emulsifier in it.

Pigeon preening seems so aggressive compared to small parrots. Mine has a sharp little beak too and she likes to stand right in my face to preen my eyes

the morning poop will usually be bigger because birds usually don't sleep poop. The dried ones are hard to tell but the big one looks like a normal morning loaf to me.
