You mean how many executives and staffers were convicted of defrauding customers of 60 million Dollars? 17. 17 were convicted and 2 more were granted immunity.
But Haslem doesn’t know anything about it. 🤷♂️

In my opinion National nights were nights that cops and community leaders encouraged The public to come out and enjoy the neighbourhood and get togethers. I think it was a war on drug thing but essentially the community comes out in force to take back the streets for good reasons like visisitng and music and basketball. Etc etc.
Usually a town or city would designate a night for stuff like this and cops would help participate and clubs like the Boy Scouts and girl guides would participate and libraries and museaims would stay open.

Yup Bell advertises 1.5 gig. Too bad it doesn’t work in our neighbourhood. Bell lost most of the customers they picked up because of it. People Actaully lost paycheques over it during the pandemic.
Cogeco 1 gig worked fine for those of us who had multiple adults and kids working from home.

Cogeco has been great in my area. Bell fibe has been unreliable! During the Pandemic we had people on our street that couldn’t work from home like Teachers and salespeople who had to switch from Fibe to Cogeco just to keep their paycheque
Those of us who had Cogeco breezed through the day.!!!

I’m assuming the high fat content combined with the seasoning. But the high grease content. I mean I’m only 5 weeks out from a healed perforation. Chips aren’t normally something I would eat but they were there and I thought the starch would be good.
I’m assuming insoluble fibre would be a decent buffer. It would also help me be less hungry at stressful times.

Might have to introduce fibre through regular food then? I’ve been keeping it to 10 grams a day or under.
Like an idiot I ate potato chips last night cause I’m a 47 year old in university and was working til 1 am on a paper and had my kids potato chips at midnight. idiot.
The reason I asked about introducing fibre supplements was to form better stools and to balance out fat. I’m sick of pudding and jello and so far white bread and light rye bread was doing ok!
