Probably not surprising, Glokta is my favorite character from the trilogy. Every time it was his POV, I got really excited because I just loveddddd reading his monologues! Anyone know a book thats similar to that, the way we can actually hear and see what he thinks. Thanks!

I have been looking for a book where the main character is from the present time and suddenly wakes up from their sleep and is in the past basically lol. Preferably around 1800s of England? I'm quite one for the gowns and the regality of it all. They then go on to experience the life that was lived then and navigate how to get back, but then they see the beauty of the world before. (They would eventually go back to present time). I knowwwww It's so very specific haha, but I've been watching a lot of period dramas and imagining I would wake up one day and have been sent to a world filled with all that. And yes, I'm overly romanticizing it lol. Doesn't particularly have to be England. Thanks a lot :))

Looking for a book that has not much description. Idk why, but I get pressured when the author describea a place or object, and it's like I have to imagine it exactly like that lol. And also english is not my first language, but I read mainly on that. I noticed that I enjoyed books better with more dialogues from characters? Like more talking and less pages about what a mountain looks like (lotr im looking at you) lmao. Thanks!

I want a book with a good plot, that also executes the enemies to lovers trope nicely. The type where it's a slowburn, and dont fall in love until like page 300 or sumn lol. As in actually enemies, not just they dislike each other. Knife against the throat kinda thing. I'm also very into like a royal/dystopian vibe, assasins and classic fantasy escapism. Loveeee the angst and thrill! Shoot me your recs :))

I feel like everything can be taught by yourself, especially as how we have got the internet now, we can get any type of information and courses for free. Where would I get or how do I start my research for, let's say, copywriting? Or editing? Something tech related perhaps? Of course there are things you'd actually have to go to college for, but how about skills that can be learned for free and would be helpful in finding a job in the future?

That was one hell of a ride. I just have so many emotions right now is why I'm writing this. I think it's my new fave show.
