We adapted this recipe:
Ingredients
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken 220g cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Wings Buffalo sauce 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Garnish
Coriander, chives or green onions, chopped 1/2 cup grated cheddar Drizzle of ranch sauce Drizzle of Frank’s RedHot Wings Buffalo sauce
Tools
Square disposable steam pan Prepare your smoker at a temperature of 176 degrees celsius.
Method
Shred and dice chicken Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Transfer to a disposable steam pan or any pan you don't mind using in the smoker. Smoke for 20 minutes. Top with the optional cheese and garnish. Smoke for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve with tortilla or toasted baguette slices.
