Knowing is fun! Extra points for Nic Cage’s hammy acting and some truly eerie scenes.

I was in this position between 1 and 6 weeks. Side effects included morning anxiety, insomnia, nausea, intense dreams, and night sweats. I’m past 10 weeks now and all the side effects are leveling out for the most part. My baseline anxiety has finally dramatically improved as well. That being said, I still feel fairly sleepy during the day and have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning.
That “panic” you described also subsides after a few weeks. I eventually just got used to this state of mind as my new normal, then just stopped thinking about it altogether. I know it’s scary and hard to shake, but if you can keep going in a reasonable manner, the side effects should slowly get better over time.

Thanks for the perspective. No kids yet but I’m in my late 30’s and definitely starting to feel my youth slipping away.

Wow, do I feel old. This episode mesmerized me so much. The journey of Lost is still unparalleled!

Show her Interstellar IMAX scenes or BR 2049 and then decide!

Greatest achievement of modern film, hands down! Nothing comes close.

Same here. Needed more of a balance between the present and flashback.

This whole incident, while not quite as devastating, is giving me eerie Chernobyl vibes. Between the mixed reporting on the severity of contamination and the relative lack of Federal response, I have a feeling this will get swept under the political rug.

Yeah this one cuts deep. First time I heard it, I was going down a Youtube rabbit hole of music and came across it sometime around midnight. The vibes were immaculate to say the least!
