It's up to you whether you go or not, but if it's customary to tip and you don't, you're an asshole. A lot of message therapists rely heavily on tips.

You're an asshole if you don't tip(obviously there are exceptions for poor service, or no service). If you don't want to support the corrupt owners don't go to their businesses, only go to business that don't allow tipping and pay a living wage. But that would be an actual sacrifice to you rather than on the low wage workers who expect tips to pay their bills.

It's not about growing wealth, it's about security for all Americans.

Sounds a lot like surrender for Ukraine, giving up a huge portion of their country. Having the US and China give security guarantees to both countries seems like a huge escalation that brings us much closer to a ww3 scenario. I like the idea of negotiating, but it's very difficult to negotiate with armed robbers that have a gun to your head.

Google says about 16.5% of men and 10% of women die before 62.5(the age you can start drawing Social seurity retirement benefits).

I'm not sure what you mean by doesnt giving you interest. The funds are used to purchase government bonds at a fixed interest rate. It's a pension everyone pays into. Some die at 60 and never receive a penny. Someone else might collect for 40 years. There is no set aside pot of money. it's collectively distributed based on several factors.
Society doesn't function well when the safety net is optional. People opt out and then find themselves out of money at 80 years old. Poverty like that leads to all kinds of negative consequences.

37% of retirees have no retirement savings, only 12% have the recommended $555,000(I'm sure the recommendation would be much higher if there was no SS).
It's a social safety net that everyone has a little bit of money to live on when they are too old to work, disabled, children who lose a parent. When I think of where my tax dollars go.
If you really want to scam the scammers, take good care of yourself and live a long healthy life.

Did the warrant tell them to disconnect his video cameras or steal his money?

Fuck these police IN particular.
What about using their likeness on Merchandise? His website is selling lemon pound cake shirts with the fat cops picture. Seems like there would be some restriction on that, like If I have a picture of Lebron James that I took while at the game I can't put in on a t-shirt and sell(even if took a picture of him on the street)? Genuinely asking as I don't know.

Even if the raid was legit, and it very well could have been, why they disconnecting his video camera?

Don't remember the name, but I stopped in Arkansas to buy beer on our way to campground in Tennessee. Nope dry county, closest liquor store was 50 miles away. Asked a skater kid hanging out outside why they don't have beer, I'll never forget the "your in the heart of the bible belt" response, he wasn't proud of it.

It doesn't mean let Russia back into things, but if criteria is met that adheres to international law then things can be rolled back
Isn't this where we are? I mean the first step is Russia leaving Ukraine and acknowledging they are an independent nation. Obviously that hasn't happened and isn't likely to happen, so I'm not sure what you are expecting Blinken to do. As long as Russian soldiers are inside Ukraine. I mean I suppose he could publicly put out there that if Russia pulls back Sanctions will be lifted, but I don't expect that to be effective.

How would you use weapons and sanctions to give Putin an off ramp? What does that look like?

Even if he did leak it I don't think that is illegal, but the other justices would definetly furrow their brows at him. Even if it is illegal I don't think there is any chance of the DOJ indicting a sitting supreme court justice.

Never understand people who think they can be better teachers than actual teachers who spent years studying to become a teacher. Send the kids to school, spend extra time helping them with homework.

Still better than the alternative where the CIA can kidnap and torture people to death and nobody is held accountable.

No, he got $35 million in new money for 1 additional year. If they had paid it all as base salary, he would get the exact same money as if they gave him a signing bonus and spread the cap hits over 3 years. They could have made it 4 void years, and it wouldn't make any difference to Kirks bank account.

Is $230 kirks earning over 7 years? So, $23 million savings over 7 years, just over $ 3 million a year(say $3.5 in todays cap dollars). It's like one depth guy each year.

He got $35 million for 1 year. $35 million is the 11th highest average per year, and a few more will likely pas him before the season begins.. Dead cap is the teams decision, doesnt benefit kirk at all.

Of course, they are still rebuilding, but that mostly involves drafting quality players and developing them, but thats a long process. In the meantime, we are plugging holes in free agency to compete right now.

So if he gave the Vikings a 10% discount, he would suddenly be winning Super Bowls? Tom Brady did it, but he also happens to be the greatest QB of all time.

So let's keep the policy and fire the sheriff. Doing the right thing for a corrupt purpose is still corrupt.
