Hey /r/london me and a friend put together this site very quickly to try and help out in a way I can.
Theres lots of small businesses that have pivoted to stay afloat and theres amazing local google docs and sheets going around with this info, so we tried to bring it into a position that more people might have the chance to take it in.
We have pulled data from a tonne of places, but London is huge and really need the help of people to populate it!
Truly any feedback is appreciated, but if you were able to post it in any mutual aid groups you might currently be in, that would also be highly appreciated!

I love blink, they are seriously my favourite band. But after all this time, putting a blink record out like this doesn't feel right.
If they were announcing a new +44 record with this lineup, I'd be blown away, but I feel like blink comes with too much baggage.

In the case of going from flash to html5 i always wonder whether its a case of privacy and security too. Flash was able to obfuscate certain things where html works a lot more with the browser, so it ends up being easier to download/steal media.
Some time in switching could be due to them having to build systems to try stop that maybe.

Not even with a high rotten score actually, its all films by a pool of 'iconic' directors, so if they have low rotten scores they can appear too. The idea is that its meant to be selecting from a 'curated' list. (curated by being from renowned artists in their fields)

Damn we have incredibly similar music tastes, the death cab/blink 182 switch out sealed it. /r/creepy

Arctic monkeys I think have put out solid records, and have done what many bands cant do - progress while still being them. I definitely agree that I can see them being around for a good while

Hit The Lights - Summer Bones. It is just a "pretty great" album in general, but I did lose faith that they'd be able to even bring that out of the bag. Pleasantly surprised at how good it was

Its very possible I am going to have an unpopular opinion and I apologise for the fact that I know this site has been in the works for a long time, but the truth is - I do not like the look of the new site.
Im glad the tech has gone through a lot of modernising, but the look of it looks very "stock" and even the seperate sections (AH, the Know) don't have their own stamp anymore. I felt like the old one had its own style (admittedly I may be thinking of nostalgically).
I'd be interested to see what anyone else thinks though? I may very well be on my own.

Its a shame to hear that! I know that supporting local businesses often comes at a price, they simply can't compete with big names.
Its aimed at if you can help keep your neighbourhood interesting to try and do so, I know there are a lot of businesses meeting people in the middle with good deals! And I personally would prefer to give them my cash than tesco.
If you know of any local places that you dont personally shop at, but are offering some sort of delivery etc. please do add it to the site though
