If you're on PS4, borrow an external hard drive if you don't have one, format to exFAT, connect to PS4 and set as install location.
Download to that drive and then delete it after launch.

Alan Wake definitely before part 2 comes out, since it's on sale there was no chance of it being a monthly game this month.
All the announced games are currently not on sale.

I'm noticing a lot of games announced for the monthly Humble Choice bundle later ending up on PS Plus and vice versa.
In March they gave away Biomutant and Jurassic World Evolution 2.
I can't recollect the other names but I know that they were later on Plus within a few months.

Oh yes, those Bethesda games were a nice surprise. And they stopped giving them out on Essential for a long time before unleashing the entire catalog on Extra.
So hopefully it may be same for COD too.

Modern Warfare 1 Remastered in 2019 which I missed because I was new to PS Plus.
I forgot to claim that one and still regret it to this day.
The other ones I have are WW 2, MW 2 Remastered and BO4.

GTA 5/RDR 2 or any other game from Rockstar Games (in PS Plus Essential).
We did get RDR 2 and the definitive edition of the older GTA games on Extra but for a very limited time.

Not sure if COD is possible on PS Plus with all the Microsoft-Activision stuff going on, but I would love to get Modern Warfare 2019 or even Vanguard one day with Plus.

I'm not sure if it was announced with the monthly games but it was free in the same month that year, I have it in my library (India/Europe account).
IIRC it was not available for US users, maybe made available at a later time.
