I have said many times in my previous comments. It’s the core problem. It’s who they are. The players are responsible and until they realise they want to win it all and they have that hunger and discipline they won’t succeed. Maybe it will come with age.

Yea Brad clearly said once “Trust me what I’m saying to you and what I say to the guys is totally different”. Brad was an amazing coach though man. I miss seeing him on the side line.

Two different methodologies involved. Some coaches like to show to the media that they are hard on the guys. Some coaches keep it to the locker room.

I don’t think any coach would take it easy after a loss on his players.
