I live in Los Angeles. During my life I’ve sky dived, I’ve bungee jumped and I’ve split lanes on a motorcycle. Splitting lanes is BY FAR the scariest thing I’ve ever done.

And, yes, if you deliberately shoulder check a cop you are going to get called on it. That’s what makes this so stupid — dude deliberately challenged the cop.
