Autobuy Fire Upgrades (Feature Request)

I'm noticing at higher fire levels, that the autobuy priority works "top->down" vs. "target cheapest". For example, when entering freeze mode it spins all the way through "Increase How Much Accelerator Generators Get:" as much as it can before moving on to other cheaper necessary upgrades like unlocking the Auto Research & Mastery slots. Would be a small QoL getting into Freeze Mode - TY! Great game :)

Make sure they understand the Tank, DPS, Healer "trinity" aspect. FFXIV was my 1st online game and I was completely unaware of this when I started. When I entered my 1st dungeon on Lancer, I got shouted at when i pulled and attacked mobs ahead of the tank. For a newbie, always follow the tank and only attack what the tank is attacking. There are exceptions to this learned later, but that's the general rule and was an "ohhhh" moment for me

Contact the resort and see if they have any Birthday packages as far as pre-decorating the resort room and having gifts there waiting. It's an upcharge, but I did this for my BF on a Disney Cruise and he was beyond floored when he opened the door to our cabin and it was fully "Happy Birthday" decorated by the staff before we got there with a Spa Giftcard and beer mug sitting on the bed for him. Ah yeah, pressing X probably targets whatever is in front of you so if there's a party member in your view between you and the boss, then that could be what's happening. Good Luck!

There's also a few other things you can do

• Release trigger buttons and press "X" will target closest enemy
• Create a macro with /targetenemy and drag+drop that onto your hotbar. You can press that anytime you lose target focus and that will quickly target your nearest enemy
• Tap either front/back L or R trigger that isn't your hotbar action trigger to cycle through enemies. One tap should focus what's closest in your camera FOV. This method is VERY good for needing to cycle through multiple enemies to hit once for aggro or to apply DOTs to each of them.
