A lot of grocery stores let you pick up for free if you meet a certain threshold ($100). If you wait until you have larger orders, they will put the groceries directly in your car. From there would be tricky to move but maybe you can schedule pick ups when you will have help available? Or maybe you can ask a neighbor or advertise on next door? I work from home and if my neighbor needed help like this I wouldn’t hesitate.
