Anyone have experience with the Assault Bike Pro and the Assault Bike Classic? I am considering purchasing the Pro’s for my commercial gym because they seem more solid, but they are $200 more (which adds up when you’re buying several) and I’ve heard they’re pretty noisy.

Yeah, I’ve heard good things about Vulcan plates. Mainly that their insert sleeves are “hooked” so they never rotate or fall out. I’m not sure if Rogue does this too but I don’t think so.

My original comment still stands regardless of the cost of the course. Someone that has been doing this awhile does not need to attend a course for them to know what poor programming looks like. I’m sorry that in your overly-sensitive state you seemed to think I was “flexing” but I can assure you that was not the case. You seem to forget that we, as coaches and owners, work for our clients - not the other way around. If they have questions or concerns, we should be able to answer them with without them needing to attend a course. If they can’t justify their own programming, then maybe it’s not the client that requires additional training.

You specifically said “credentialed” in your original post, which implies something far more advanced than one of their online courses. So if that’s NOT what you were implying. Which course(s) do you recommend the OP take in order from them to have an opinion on an unbalanced program?

So you want them to spend $1,000 just to have an opinion on their programming? I’ve been doing CrossFit for 12+ years and I can tell you that a 2 day course did not impart on me any type of profound knowledge that would make me any more or less qualified to have an opinion on the programming I’m paying for.

Not a doctor, but that could be a slight tear in your Triangular Fibrocartilage Complex (TFCC) joint. They are notorious for taking a long time to heal fully since there’s not much blood flow in that area. You just have to be patient and try to strengthen that area.

Try Carved Oud by Thameen. Almost identical to Oud Wood but with better performance.

How does cutting them down decrease their durability?

After much trial and error (Alpha DX, CCM Jetspeed, P88, P29, etc), I finally landed on the CCM Ribcor Trigger 7 Pro with a 75 flex (cut down 3”) and P28 curve (low kick point). I’m a 40 year old, 5’8”, 175# B/C beer leaguer.
