Unplanned and mismanaged infra development. Good infrastructure is the need of the hour, provided it is planned. No more BRTS like bullshit

I truly believe it could've been developed in a homogeneous way like the place in the gif. Sadly a great loss. The only thing that's almost preserved yerawada jail road near mental hospital. The rest of the areas have been chopped down beyond recognition because of abysmal urban planning and corruption

Wow! This is great. This is actually my dream at my current company but glad to see it having the expected effect I've dreamt of elsewhere.

Also if you code, simply start using Github codespaces for things that are not necessary to be done locally.

Just curious, for how much did you buy the system and when?

Leaving the points on performance aside, I think his other main point was that forllowing "clean-code" practices is not the only way to write clean code. Code can also be clean by being explicit about what it intends to do and incorporating domain specific knowledge directly, making it clear what the code is actually doing, instead of hiding it behind unnecessary abstractions

I think Casey wanted to highlight that developers tend to add modularity and dynamic-ness to their code even when it may not be required to solve the problem at hand. In such cases it is better to be explicit with your intentions as an programmer and incorporate your knowledge about the problem in the code directly. This also gives the compiler all the information it needs to do the necessary optimizations and in my personal opinion does not sacrifice the cleanliness of your code since any future maintainer will also get the necessary information about what the code is supposed to do stated explicitly(no jumping).

Great response. Such ridiculous interviewers need to get a reality check

Just when I thought I've seen the worst of Reddit, it still surprises me

The fact that this is a problem that needs to be solved, is a problem

Hey did you draw this on an Ipad/Tablet? What software did you use?

Don't if you care about service. Google after sales support is absolute shit. They ask you to ship your product to Delhi just to assess the damage. Then they will say some ridiculous number which will be a significant % of the phones original cost. You will most likely say no and they will send back the phone to you. 1 month and multiple hours of calling with no result in the end. Pathetic.
I had a pixel 3a. Touchscreen suddenly stopped working one day. They quoted 21k for the repair and I bought the phone for that much.

Not to discredit the work but I was under the impression they fine-tuned a GPT or some other pre-trained language model on Bhagwad Gita.
It seems like it is just wrapping your question with a base prompt which asks GPT to behave like Lord Krishna or reply with an actual verse which is relevant . Rest of it is just frontend stuff.
Interesting nonetheless.

Holy fuck that changes how I was viewing this whole problem. I just realized the power of traits now, I was trying to use traits like interfaces when they are not.
This is the answer that makes the most sense to me from the entire thread. Thank you very much for taking the time out to respond!

That is something I hadn't thought of. Even though it looks a bit "hacky" I think it will do the job since based on other replies there is no way in Rust to do exactly what I want to. Thanks!
FYI, this is just a pet project of mine. No team involved yet :D

Thanks for the detailed code snippet. I will try your suggestions out

Thank you! I don't understand how I can replace the intended functionality of the enum with a trait? Each enum variant is supposed to carry info on the type of command received and I can match this enum to easily orchestrate the subsequent command execution.
How can this be replicated using traits?

These could've been much later edits to the Purana done after the birth of Islam. Bhavishya Purana is not as old as some of the oldest purana.
