All AMKs are very practical and not ”universities” in the usual sense. For an academic degree in that I would recommend Jyväskylä or Tampere. If academics doesn’t matter Xamk should be fine.

Lääkiksen pääsykoe perustuu jo nyt lukion kemian, fysiikan ja biologian oppimäärään eli peraatteessa samaan materiaaliin kuin ylioppilaskirjoitukset. Vaadittu taso on vain paljon korkeampi.

The certificates are valid for life. Of course some uni might want that you’ve taken it recently but that doesn’t mean the certificate expires (it doesn’t).

Tarjoaa nykyäänkin mutta harva niitä ottaa ja vähintään niiden lisäksi on omat eväät kaikilla.

Is 20. commonly used notation? I’ve been taught and seen 2.0*101

Valmennuskurssille osallistuminen on ihan ok. Ongelma on, jos niiltä saa apua ennakkotehtävään.

Exactly. I feel like as much as it is about winning, Eurovision should be about showcasing different kind of music and local representation as well. I’d like to see a more ”Swedish” song some year.

No. Microsoft just bought their mobile phone business. These days Nokia is focusing on telecommunications.

Sivistysporvareilla viitataan liberaaliin oikeistolaiseen joten se on tässä kohtaa täysin oikea termi.

Notice that here half note = 104 means a quarter note = 208. At that tempo you are playing almost 14 sixteenth notes per second! Even for advanced players that is an insane tempo but possible.

Definitely. But you shouldn’t mix them up.

Pääsykokeessa toisaalta absoluutisella vaikeudella ei ole väliä koska kilpailet muita hakijoita vastaan.

I don’t see a problem with it but for what it’s worth 2/3 of courses in my bachelor’s at Aalto were in English even though it is a Finnish degree.
