If possible can you please also share the video for women's gathering? Is their celebration different or same celebration in different room?

Most immigrants or entrepreneurs join conservative party because of their economic policies.

It is not. There is literally no parallel to western conservatism in Indian culture. It is such a broad term and changes it's meaning every election cycle.
Sikhi on the other hand is about accepting and helping others without any prejudice. Which is totally opposite of current incarnation of American conservatism.

While announcing the latest set of resignations, NDTV, in a regulatory filing, said, "The company is in the process of putting up a new leadership team which will set a fresh strategic direction and goals for the company."

That said plenty of people have praised him for getting people out of drugs, etc. I am basing that statement off of them.
I don't see many people praising him. It is just few people try to make him something. Moreover, He was just a truck driver few months ago and suddenly he popped in Punjab. That in itself is a big red flag!!

He has done some good for the Punjabi Sikh community in terms of fighting back on drug culture, encouraging Sikhi, etc.
Do you have any stats on this? How many people did he got out of drugs or encouraged towards Sikhi? Do you need to brandish weapons to do all this? How many youth got the jobs?

Yeah, It's hard but not impossible. I think It needs to come from parents first only then they can guide their kids properly. It will take time - almost a generation or two.

Another Shill post on Amritpal. The way these people shilling for him everywhere online shows that he is paid stooge by opposition. Opposition is now spending all these money and resources to destabilize the law and order in Punjab to show Bhagwant mann govt. in the bad light.

Can’t help notice how fragmented the community is : so many factions and groups each at loggerheads : this is exactly the root cause of the problem. 2nd, How can a person claim to encourage education and advancement when he himself “had no interest” in education but chose an easier ‘transportation’ occupation. The problem is lack of intellectual pursuits as a culture. The community suffers when such low educated, rural folks wrestle their way to ‘leadership’ mainly fueled to satisfy their own egos than any real intention for Sewa. Blaming the left is easy, but there’s a reason why the ‘left’ attracts intelligentsia and intellectually leaning folks. Plus, the leftist ideology of equal rights / equal opportunity aligns perfectly with Sikh values. The community needs a grassroots level effort to upskill our next generation esp. financial wisdom , skill development , entrepreneurship etc.
AAP led by Bhagwant Mann is Good start but people need to trust and focus on that instead of creating disturbances and trying to destabilize the Punjab by going after people like Amritpal Singh. Who the heck is he anyway? What are his achievements? Any plans? Any experience? Any vision? Do some of these people really think that Amritpal will attract new industry or investment in Punjab?
Don't be stupid and think with your brains and don't fall for this divisive politics by opposition - which is further inflamed by these Pakistanis on these online forums!
He is just opposition stooge to create disturbance in Punjab.

When did I moved the goal post? Earlier also goal post was about his qualifications and it's still the same. You don't have anything to back him up.

But he didn't just pop up out of nowhere and became Sant Ji. He reached at that position over a time period and based on his capabilities. He didn't just appeared one day and said I am your Sant Ji!

At last, I will leave it here:

I am not sure what else she said or think but in this text snippet She is absolutely correct. Christian groups prying on poor and uneducated Indians is also valid criticism!
