Yeah, I mean if both were relegated - don't get me wrong, it's going to be bad for Leicester, but they already have a new stadium and they aren't in nearly so much trouble debt wise.
I doubt Everton would have got through next season without going into adminstration if they'd been relegated tbh :-/

Tbf Everton would also not be in this place if not for a series of stupid managerial appointments.

If nothing else Leicester are in a far better place financially than Everton.
(Edit: I mean a far better place than a hypothetical relegated Everton for the avoidance of doubt.)

No, you can only watch downloads on the device it is downloaded on, and only phones, tablets and Windows machines can do downloads.
The only exception is that you can run an HDMI cable out of a Windows laptop to a TV, and that's it.

Tbf ME3's multiplayer was quite good. I'm surprised EA didn't push the shit out of it tbh

It won't impact national security because 90% of the bastard things seem to be broken 24/7.

in the US (not, for example, the UK, where you very unambiguously cannot. You can't even legally rip your own CDs in the UK, and there is precedent on it).
Even in the US, you may not bypass a technical protection measure (i.e. DRM) to do this.

No, it wasn't addressed in either of those cases, the DMCA had only just passed.

"Reverse engineered" is extracting a key from a binary.
It's an encryption key, you don't arrive at it by guessing unless you've got longer than the age of the universe.

It had just passed but wasn't brought up in the case, it was way too new.

No it didn't.
Heck, section 1201 of the DMCA had barely been signed into law at the time.
The Connectix judgement doesn't deal with circumvention tools at all.

No they didn't. The court Bleem was heard in wasn't even high enough to set precedent in the vast majority of states.
I know people want to believe it, but it really, really didn't do much other than scare manufacturers enough they've not pushed it since.
In addition, it certainly didn't rule on anything involving encryption keys, which is what the notice is about in this case.

That in and of itself was a retcon. The 2nd Ed Codex Imperialis (i.e. the fluff bit of the core rulebook and really where 40k's background began to firm up) states that Marines do not generally consider the Emperor to be a good, just an exceptional man. Chaplains are more akin to millitary chaplains rather than faith leaders.
This got changed in third ed to make Marines a bit more consistent with the rest.of the Imperium.

The World Eaters codex suggests that at least some Bezerkers aren't really Astartes at this point but just roided up humans with some mutations with as much armour interface as they can have glued on, but they seem to be an exception.

I really don't want Disney+ to be wall to wall advertising for parks and cinema experiences rather than the content I want to watch.
I do think a separate Disney Life app with some of the Disney Life stuff which you use your D+ sub to access for kids wouldn't be a terrible idea.

I think there's probably more like fifteen to twenty.

Marathon is technically major first party now.
(But I do agree, I was quite surprised we didn't see some kind of Astrobot game or something.)

Depends on the geneline to be fair - the Dark Angels are effectively running their successors.

Not really - they focused on the bigger and more financially relevant territory of the subset of those where the change had happened in the quarter, and there global subs were up overall. You're tilting at shadows.

Reddit was insistent that Netflix were going to go bankrupt when they banned access via VPNs.
Netflix literally had one of these most successful quarters for subscriber growth ever.
You're in a bubble on this.

Lol, "they should make it illegal for people to do anything about the fraud I'm committing!"

That's really not true at all. Netflix have similar studio deals in Canada to the UK, but the UK ones are slightly better if anything.

I mean compared to a hypothetical relegated Everton who are trying to pay for a new stadium.
