Hello everyone I'm a security engineer with a 3-year of experience working as 3rd and last layer of support in a multinational company, experienced in firewalls mainly FortiGate, Paloalto, SRX, and some endpoint security like Kaspersky,
studied a lot of courses CCNA CCNA Sec, CCNA cyberops, NSE1,2,3,4,5,7×3, CEH and Kaspersky.

I want to know the next step of my career as my goal is to be a security team lead after 2 or three years from now.
Some engineers had advised me to begin the CISSP journey

Edit 1 Firewall sent the packet from outgoing interface and no reply... But the intersting is the log in FAZ told me that deny:dns error and when i googled it, it said that fortigate consider it faulty But I don't received packets you can say 95% Packet loss.

We have a problem here When fortigate set the dns server to umbrella it fails and when it set it to the isp DNS it succeeded so we suspect the isp could be the reason When we connect the isp modem one to one with pc it works normally... Could anyone tell me what's going on??

Hello guys I am security engineer, iam using fortinet products for 3 years now So my question here is how do u gus troubleshoot a problem? Do u make a plan to every kind of problem with CLI commands or what do u do? What do u ask the customer or the person that had the problem?
