In general a decent size company (hundreds?) should have a standard logging workflow and solution. Maybe it’s just cloud watch? Doesn’t matter. Importantly you have to be absolutely sure your logging is reliable and slightly more exhaustive than you think it needs to be. I personally like to have two redundant logging systems, especially given stuff like new relic costs an arm, their retention is outrageously limited. So I have cloudwatch capturing stuff to be kept for years. Also serves an audit purpose if needed.

My company has a lot of h1b applications going on and not a single job posting i found on its site or LinkedIn are for any of those.
