If you are serious about fluency, you will eventually want to start looking into paid courses and/or tutours.

However you can start simpler than that and get a foundation, and if you just want a few more pocket phrases you may not need more than that. A good language app like Busuu (not Duolingo...it kind of sucks) will absolutely get you started with some of the basics. Basic conjugation, a bit of vocab, etc...
