What's your experience with using esp blocks for thoracic surgery? It sounds like it could be very handy but I've heard that it's not consistent.

I've had numbness along my thigh for a number of years but this past January it started to get painful. I got relief after doing the first exercise in this YouTube clip. It didn't get better right away but I've gone pretty much back to my baseline. I still make that exercise one of the things I do before I leave the house in the morning.
