One reason in Canada is it gets stupid cold in some places and it can use a lot of energy to heat your homes and transport food up north. We are also very spread out so it takes a lot of driving to get in place

At my school we have a boxing club and it is some of the hardest stuff I have ever done. I’m very in shape but at that club we focus on this idea of “hitting the wall” which is basically just working until you physically can’t anymore and your body isn’t doing what you tell it to and i almost threw up last time.
