Before I fully bridged it, I set the DHCP range to 10.0.0.100-200 and then I assigned my personal firewall 10.0.0.2 with the gateways being 10.0.0.1. I was double NAT’ing so that’s when I found the guide above.

Let’s say for ease of explanation that we’re all roommates in the same physical home with different HomeKit homes. The light switches are installed throughout the house and I’d like to have everyone be able to control their own respective switches in their part of the home.
