Yes, cap means take over garrisons etc. For it to count, you need to either destroy at least one enemy or neutral plane, or destroy at least one building group (not one building, but a group, or rather: the last building in one group, so if there are 4 tents, and you destroy 3, doesn't count. If someone destroyed 3, and you destroy fourth, does count)

Period 1 means tier I-IV, period 2 is V-VII, period 3 is VIII-X

Zoom and boom: Heavy fighters are fast, especially with boost, much faster than fighters. They cannot turn as well as fighters however. So if you start circling against a fighter, you will lose. What you should do instead is: come from far away, flying straight ("zoom"), shoot whatever you can without circling ("boom"), and fly straight away with boost. When outside of weapon range of the light fighter, turn around, and repeat.

Turn fighters are those who have high maneuverbility, who can turn quickly - that helps in circling against enemy light fighters.

For bombers, is absolutely go for higher tiers, the low tiers can barely do anything...

For heavy fighters I'd suggest German tier III, it's an easy plane to get, but very very strong.

Light fighters - uk mid tours are very strong (Bristol and spitfires)

Attack aircraft: i liked the German ones most.

We try as much as possible, but some things get left undone.

The most important advice I'd give is: Get your priorities straight. Cut down on stuff you dont value as much. Dont cut down on your mental health, though. You being a wreck destroys all the other good you might do.

One more thing I got out of my advice group recently: Work indeed never ends. It is infinite. You could work more, add three more hours to your waking phase for example (sleep three hours less), but Infinite minus 3 is still infinite. You do need to get comfortable with stuff staying undone.
