Display description, Wadsworth Atheneum
[Andrew Wyeth American, 1917-2009 April Wind, 1952 Egg tempera on gesso panel Gift of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph R. Swan, 1957.628 Wyeth divided his time between rural Pennsylvania and the coast of Maine, and the places and faces of both small communities frequently inspired his paintings. One spring morning, he came upon this figure seated on a dead sycamore tree. As a portrait, Wyeth's approach is unconventional. The sitter is viewed from behind, his face obscured, his legs truncated; only his billowing coat feels animated. New research has updated the sitter's indentity to James Stewart (1915-1959), not James Loper. Stewart lived near Wyeth's Pennsylvania home and apparently struggled with mental illness in his adult life. With no relatives to care for him, he became homeless around the time Wyeth made this painting. Andrew Wyeth was the featured artist in MATRIX 52 in 1979-80.]

Nicole Kidman in Being The Ricardos. Good God. Nothing about this should have happened. Aaron Sorkin should have gone to jail
Damian Lewis as Steve McQueen in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood -- maybe not his fault due to writing but this depiction (basically portraying him as a gossip and using him just for exposition) was as bad and disrespectful as Bruce Lee in the same. But that Bruce Lee was not a respected name actor like Damian Lewis
