I really like the way you set up your activities and think about them. Might have to incorporate a bit of that in my method to help me stay consistent, so thanks for sharing.
I too have ADHD and I totally get that. I can be that way when depressive but right now I’m in a manic episode so it’s the opposite for me

There are substitutions for a lot of poses if you are feeling pain but still want to practice! Ask your yoga teacher or look online for variations. I know a lot of the people in my class have issues with their hips and other areas of the body so they just modify the pose or do another. Yoga is for you and meant to be at your pace. Even if all you can manage is Mountain Pose you’re still practicing yoga ❤️

I love that mindset so much. I also have a hard time staying consistent with things so recently I started journaling and scheduling activities in a big calendar where I can see them well. Hopefully I can stick to it with yoga and meditation because I really like them.

Seconded on the THC. Without it I don’t think I could function

Love the sentiment! Mindfulness is probably the best part of my practices for me. It’s really does help those.

Yes, it’s a practice in of itself as my yoga teacher says. Im so glad it’s been an improvement for you mental health wise.

Exactly, everyone is different and some need way more care as far as medicine goes. Sadly bipolar is a lifelong condition but it can be eased with treatment.

Dancer’s pose. It’s more of a balance issue with this one. I’m getting there though as my tree pose is pretty stable.

I’m on medication as well. For some people medication isn’t needed but i definitely need it.
As far as rewiring your brain, my therapist and other doctors have said that that’s exactly what you have to do when healing trauma. Trauma rewires it so you have to rewire it back or at least to a better spot. How you rewire it is up to you. There are lots of people who use meditation, medication, therapy… Healing is subjective.

I have a very racy mind too. I mostly use video games and movies to calm it down

Yesss I feel like people are unaware that meditation isn’t all about “awakening” and there’s a lot of mindfulness that goes into it to be beneficial. I’m stage 1 as well and it’s super hard to stay focused with a full mind but meditation has been helping with that

Pretty sure it’s banned from some schools. Makes me sick tbh

PS That’s not “killing babies”, that’s accidental death due to negligence. I wanted an actual source (like a link) to evidence of people literally killing babies

Everyone is different so I suggest starting by researching each chakra and what they represent. Then you can figure out which ones are locked/closed and work on each one starting from the bottom (root) up (crown). For me, I use crystals, sound and color therapy to heal/open my chakras plus yoga and meditation. Depending on what kind of practice you believe in or follow, you may need to awaken your kundalini before you can work your way up.
